Tiger in a Jar started when Julie and Matt both quit their jobs to pursue their passion for creativity through filmmaking. Their mission is to inspire people to find joy in the simple things in life. 
Their love of the world and its many beautiful places drives them to create, and share their experiences in an equally aesthetic way. And it transpires in their work. Matt lights their films and operates the camera, Julie art directs and styles the food. They direct together. This tightly knit bond results in a very fresh and organic style of tabletop filming, unique and arguably one of its kind. For them, the joy of filmmaking comes from the fun of creating, and putting a little piece of themselves out into the world for people to enjoy.
