ABOUT
THE PAPAYA INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME IS A 6-MONTH PROGRAMME DESIGNED TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY TO ANYONE PASSIONATE ABOUT WORKING IN THE FIELD OF ADVERTISING OR CONTENT PRODUCTION WHO MIGHT BE LACKING THE MEANS OR POSSIBILITIES IN THEIR PLACE OF ORIGIN.
The programme is a grassroots initiative driven by various team members, motivated by a desire to help others and share our experience. It’s supported by the organisation’s core values and goals, aspiring to create an inclusive environment that facilitates the growth of diverse talents within our teams as well as in the wider industry.
The goal for our Internship Programme is to help talents get discovered – no matter their gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age, nationality, citizenship, marital status, or disability.
We’ve designed our programme to help historically and/or culturally underrepresented individuals in this field get exposure to career opportunities in the industry. Anyone who identifies with a group that is historically and/or culturally underrepresented in the media & advertising industry is encouraged to apply.
WHO CAN APPLY?
For each internship term, we will be opening up to 5 spots to be filled by people with a passion for content who are keen on working in the advertising, film and media industry;
we’re looking for individuals with ambitions to have an impact on the organisation they work within.
We are determined to help talents who need to relocate in order to be able to continue their career development, whether for personal or geopolitical reasons.
We are looking for talents who have effective spoken and written communication skills in both Polish (nice to have) and English; they should have great organisational skills, as well as the ability to stay on top of things while multitasking, and to keep others organised and on-task.
This programme is for the doers and the learners — everyone who wishes to take part should be willing to solve problems creatively, as well as learn from more experienced colleagues.
HOW CAN I APPLY?
We accept applications only via questionnaire, the link to which you can find below, as well as under each of our internship descriptions.
The recruitment process for the first term closes mid-June 2022. The internship is due to start beginning of July.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We will provide you with assistance in the process of legalising employment, and 2 months of fully sponsored accommodation (if needed).
The salary of 4000 pln per month (gross), fixed-term employment contract.
6 months of dynamic, intense and stimulating experience within one of Europe's most exciting media organisations.
