PIOTR MATEJKOWSKI

A graduate of the Faculty of Multimedia Directing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and the Multimedia Direction course at the Royal College of Art in London. He is the creative force behind music videos for both emerging and established artists, including PRO8L3M, The Dumplings, Taconafide, Otsochodzi, Maelstrom, Ben Cristovao, and KAMP!. Piotr’s style is building narratives through a modern visual language, combining classic film techniques with new technologies and creating non-standard implementations that will express people’s emotions and tell stories. Driven by his creativity, curiosity, and determination to tell unique and memorable stories, Piotr has worked in Rio de Janeiro, Havana, Bangkok, Barcelona, Paris, and across the United States. He is currently developing two feature film projects and has participated in prestigious industry programs such as Sundance Collab, New Horizons Studio+, and the Torino Film Lab. Piotr has garnered numerous awards and nominations at festivals including Los Angeles CineFest, the Berlin Music Video Awards, the Bucharest Shortcut CineFest, the Polish Music Video Awards, the KTR Awards, and many others. He has also served as a jury member at the KTR, Papaya Young Directors, and Polish Music Video Awards competitions.
